I confirm this. On NPC stations you can only produce the following ships: AF, BC, BS, CommS, Cruiser, Destr, ELITE BATTLESHIP, Exhumer, Freighter, Frigate, HAC, industrial, iterdictor, mbarge, shuttle and transport ship.

From Known issues: "Certain ship types are disabled in the default overview Filter/Type settings - Covert Op Interceptor, Logistics, Recon Ship and Stealth Bomber - therefore they don't appear on overview by default. Defect submitted."
These same ship types cannot be manufactured on npc stations, because they are not on the stations' producable groups list.

That seems like an old problem to me. It should be solved simply by choosing the "show info"-option on the agent in question and then activating the "agent info"-tab. This shoud put the journal up to date.

Covert Op, Interceptor, Logistics, Recon Ship and Stealth Bomber ship groups still cannot be built on npc stations.
Also I still cant see this matter on the known issues list.

Come on, you forgot interceptors from that list. They cannot be manufactured either. Well I hope it's just ja typo and you will fix them anyway.
